Bead Info top
All my beads are made by hand by me personally, using Italian, German, and American glass rods. Every bead is properly annealed in a computer controlled kiln for durability.
All my lampwork beads are made with a 1/16th mandrel, unless otherwise notied in the product information. This results in a bead hole that is 1.5-2mm in size.
Please take care with your beads, especially with ones that have 'sticky-outtie' parts like wings, etc. Keep out of reach of small children as all my beads are fairly dainty and present a choking hazard.
Due to the handmade nature of lampwork, each bead is unique. Exact copies, when ordering multiples of the same thing, are not guaranteed as there are always minor differences that are beyond my control.
Payments top
Payment can be made online using Paypal (which accepts all credit cards/e-checks) or by regular mail by money order ONLY.
I do not accept personal checks through the mail at this time.
You may only request that I cancel your transaction IF your beads have not yet been made (which usually takes at least a couple days after payment). Otherwise the sale is binding and will only be canceled at my discretion.
Processing Times top
All beads are 'made to order', unless otherwise noted, and will take 5-7 days to be completed and mailed out to you after payment is made.
If you need your package shipped out quicker than that or have any questions in regards to shipping times, please email me.

Shipping Charges/Info top
First class shipping to the US (w/delivery confirmation): 3.50
Priority mail in the US : $8.00
First class shipping to Canada: $10.00
First class packages to the rest of the world: $15.00
One shipping fee covers your whole order, regardless of size/weight. I will pay the difference if it costs more.
I am not responsible for any customs fees you may be charged by your country's Customs Department. Please be aware that all customs slips on your package are filled out in detail as 'merchandise', in accordance with federal law in the United States.
An email is automatically sent out with the shipping/tracking information once your package ships. If you do not receive it, please feel to message me to send it again to an additional email address or you can always find the info on your payment page in your personal Paypal account.
Return Policy top
Full sets or single beads that you don't wish to keep can be returned for a full refund with the EXCEPTION of custom designs you had made specifically to your needs.
No refund will be issued unless the beads are returned in good faith and within a reasonable amount of time (30 days).
In the case of an item being broken in transit, please message me within 14 days of receipt with a picture of the breakage. For US customers, a new one will be made up and shipped out to you free of charge. For international customers, the item in question must be returned whereupon a full refund (including the original shipping charge) will be issued.
Custom Orders top
Custom designs can be requested. In many cases they can be difficult to render in glass (aside from simple color changes or something based on an existing design in my shop) and I will respectfully decline them but I welcome all requests regardless. Each one is carefully considered.
Please note though that fully customized items CAN NOT BE returned.
